    How do I check the status of my order?
    By logging into your account and viewing each of your orders, you can check their status: 

    - Awaiting

    - Confirmation

    - Scheduled

    - In Shipment, and 

    - Completed.

    It’s important to note that when your order is picked up from the warehouse by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the carrier.

    Is the delivery date indicated binding?
    No. The delivery date indicated on the website is not binding. Once you have the tracking number for your order, you should contact the carrier (via their website, email, or phone) to check the status of the delivery.
    Is it possible to return an order?
    Yes, you always have the right to return an order within 14 days after receiving it, without having to justify the reason (buyer remorse).

    For the return due to buyer remorse to be accepted, it needs to be:

    - Made within a 14 calendar day window after the date of delivery of the order;

    - In writing through our chat by selecting after-sales and filling a ticket with required information shipped back within 14 calendar days after you communicate your intention of return

    What should I do if my product is delivered with damages?
    To activate the transportation insurance for the parts, it is mandatory that:

    - When receiving the order, if you notice any damage to the outside of the package, you must note it on the document you sign upon receipt: “accepted with damage.” Only with this mention on the receipt document will the carrier be held accountable for any damage caused to your order.

    - You have photos of the packaging showing the damage;

    - You have the label;

    - You have photos of the damaged part. 

    Without this photographic evidence, it will not be possible to file a claim for transportation damage.

    According to B-Parts terms and conditions, damage caused during transportation is excluded from the warranty if not reported within 24 hours after receiving the parts. If photographic evidence of the damage is not provided within 7 days of the delivery date, no claim will be accepted.

    Note that if you write “Subject to confirmation” on the document, it does not validate any damage that occurred during transportation.

    What should I do if I receive a defective product?
    If any warranty defects are detected, they should be reported in writing through our chat by selecting after-sales and filling a ticket with required information.

    Subsequently, our After-Sales team will provide additional information in writing regarding the procedures to follow.

    What should I do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?
    Since the return period is 14 days after receiving the order, it is important that within this period you take the necessary steps to check the contents of the order and report an issues.

    If any discrepancies are found, they should be reported in writing through our chat by selecting after-sales and filling a ticket with required information.

    Subsequently, our After-Sales team will provide additional information in writing regarding the procedures to follow.

    Do the parts come with a warranty?
    B-Parts offers a warranty on all of its products, provided that:

    - The parts are installed by legally regulated workshops

    -Such installation can be demonstrated by a work/repair order and receipt detailing the equipment, services and labour involved. Installation of auto parts requires technical know-how and we need this documentation to understand whether any defect was already present before installation or could have been caused by improper installation.

    What is excluded from the warranty offered by B-Parts?
    - Labor and replacement vehicles: Labor costs and the use of replacement vehicles are explicitly excluded from the warranty on the parts sold.

    - Consumables and wear parts: Items that are considered consumables or wear parts are not covered by the warranty.

    - Paint damage or defects: Since the parts are used, they may have signs of wear, including paint damage.

    - Pre-existing defects or damages: Any defects or damages that were disclosed prior to the purchase of the item are excluded from the warranty.

    - Accessory items sent as a courtesy: Any accessory items included with the part as a courtesy are not covered by the warranty.
