How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We move super fast to get your parts out the door, but we will always do our best to help you switch things up if we catch it in time! After the 24-hour mark: If you decide to cancel after 24 hours has passed, a 15% restocking fee will apply. But here’s a pro-tip: If you choose to exchange the item for a different part instead of canceling entirely, we will happily waive that 15% fee for you!
If your order has already shipped: Once the package is on its way, we unfortunately can't change the shipping address or stop the delivery truck. If you need to fix an address at this stage, your best bet is to reach out directly to our team with your tracking number to see if they can reroute it for you.
